We have updated our Master Agreement to make our publishing framework clearer, stronger, and more author-centered.
The new version sets out a more structured approach to rights management, including clear rules for rights assignment, royalty payments, reversion of rights, and additional protections in cases such as non-exploitation or insolvency. It is designed to give authors a more transparent legal foundation for working with us.
The updated Agreement also reflects key features of our publishing model, including support for pen names and full-anonymity structures, AuthorHash certification, and anonymous reader feedback through Qurvey. We invite our authors to review the updated text on our website (see footer).
